Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
2. Refund & Exchange Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will offer a replacement or refund as applicable.

Refunds (for eligible cases) will be processed in cash upon return pickup.

Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective items.
